What is the difference between natural and organic products?

Nowadays people are confused with these two words and many are misusing this unawareness.Natural products means whatever you are making using natural ingredients. Natural ingredient means anything that available in our nature or that grow in our nature. But when we say organic product, the product should include natural ingredients that cultivated using organic fertilisers,organic pesticides etc. And the land where they do organic farming have not used chemical fertilisers at least for a period of five years. Because nature takes minimum five years to clean its soil. So whenever we say organic the product should contain organically grown ingredients.

Are THEERTH products natural or organic?

We try our best to include organically grown ingredients in our products. But sometimes these organic products are not easy to get and in that case we add 100% natural ingredients. That is the reason we say natural organic products. We do not want to mislead our customers by saying the word organic.

How do we order products?

Add the product you want to purchase to the cart. You can add multiple products to cart. Then proceed for check out. There you can make payments using net banking, credit card, debit card and other upi methods.

How the shipping and delivery works?

We do door delivery. Usually it takes 5-10 working days to deliver a product. It mainly depends on the delivery location, the geographical condition etc. Sometimes it may get affected with the natural calamities/riots etc..

Do you deliver all over India?

Yes we do pan India delivery

What is the shipping charge?

For orders below Rs.500/- we charge a normal Rs.50/- as shipping charge. All the orders above RS.500/- we provide a free shipping.

How can i track my order?

Once the order is dispatched you will receive a mail with tracking number. And you can track the shipment using the same.

How do i know my order is confirmed?

Once the process is completed and payment is done then the order is confirmed. You will receive a mail with tracking details once it is dispatched. Normally the dispatch happens in 24-48 hours after payment is done.

Is it possible to make changes in my order?

You will be able to make changes before making the payment. Once the payment is done you will not be able to make any changes. Make the payment only after rechecking the order.

Can i cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before dispatch. Once the dispatch is done you will not be able to cancel. For cancellation purpose you may be needed to call or do email communication.

Does the price shown included tax?

Yes it is included GST.

Is COD option available?

COD is available for only selected regions in India. This solely depends on our courier partner’s service. Please check COD availability using your pin code before placing the order.

Is there any extra charge for COD service?

Yes there is an extra 100/- rupees charge for COD service.
